An RFID tag has no power source. It harvests energy from the reader's pulse, broadcasts its ID, and goes silent. A pallet of tagged sofas can sit in storage for years without anything to charge, replace, or maintain.

One sweep reads hundreds of items at once.
A barcode is one scan, one item. An RFID reader sweeps a room and registers every tag in range, simultaneously. A 1,000-unit warehouse count drops from two days for a team to thirty minutes for one person.
No camera, no aiming. Tags read through sealed boxes, plastic wrap, and most non-metal materials. Scan a stack of crated chairs without unpacking — verify a sealed truckload from the loading dock.

★The journey of a tag
Born at the printer. Logged forever.
From the moment a label is printed until the unit leaves your warehouse and beyond, every scan adds to the tag's history. The audit log is append-only — nothing is ever deleted.

The T6000e prints N tags from a Bill or Quick Stock screen. Each tag is born active, in your default warehouse.

Receive
Operator sticks the label to the underside of the chair. First scan confirms it physically arrived at the warehouse.

Transfer
Moves between warehouses or stores. The scan-out and scan-in are logged with timestamps; the tag is "in transit" between.

Distressed retail closeouts where every piece is unique — different photo, different condition, different price. Each unit is tagged at receiving; inventory quantity is literally the count of active tags. RFID is the source of truth.

Optional parallel tracking layer.
Many identical units per SKU — 50 chairs of model X, with a warehouse plus several showrooms. Tagging is optional; existing inventory quantity stays the source of truth. RFID is an additive layer that catches loss, verifies fulfillment, and tells you where each unit is.
Principle: RFID never blocks a sale. If a tag's missing, the operation completes; just without the verification check.
